DeAnna and Stephen
Bachelorette’s DeAnna Pappas revealed alleged witnesses to the recent fight with her ex-husband, Stephen Stagliano, that led to her recent arrest, as she pleads for a restraining order against him, In Touch can exclusively report.
DeAnna, 43, submitted a declaration from her neighbor, Alex ingram, as evidence in court, obtained by In Touch.
As In Touch first reported, DeAnna was arrested on February 27 after an altercation with Stephen at her house during a custody exchange.
The police were called after the two got into it. Stephen accused DeAnna of domestic violence, which DeAnna denied.
She accused him of trying to come into her garage and demanding to smell her to see if she had been drinking.

DeAnna said she had not been drinking. DeAnna ended up in handcuffs and was booked on a misdemeanor charge. She was released hours later on a $20,000 bond.
The reality star said she took a voluntarily drug and alcohol test after being released and came back negative for both. DeAnna filed for a restraining order against Stephen days later.
She claimed Stephen got physical with her at her home before her arrest.
She said during their argument, “Stephen took his hands, grabbing me, and then forcefully shoved me. He pushed my back again. In fear that he would hurt me, I immediately went back inside the house and locked the door while I waited for the police to arrive.”
The former reality star submitted photos of an alleged video their daughter shot of the argument DeAnnna’s neighbor Alex explained what he saw on the night in question in his declaration.
He said his wife told him to go outside after she saw police. He said DeAnna was in the back of a patrol car and Stephen was standing there with his father and his girlfriend.
The neighbor said, “After a few minutes went by I spoke briefly to Stephen and told him what he was doing was wrong and he ought to be ashamed of himself. I saw no visible marks on Stephen’s face, neck or arms.”
He added, “He was very composed and didn’t look like he had been attacked or injured.”

DeAnna’s neighbor continued, “I asked the male sheriff what happened, and he said a domestic violence call was made, and Deanna was being accused of attacking Steven. I asked him if there was any evidence that he had been attacked. I believe the mail sheriff said no, but it doesn’t matter because when a domestic violence call is made, they have to arrest at least one person, and since Deanna was being accused, they had to arrest her.”
Alan added, “When | made it back down to the garage and saw Stephen’s father, I told him the same thing I told his son Stephen, that what he and his son were doing was wrong. Having Deanna arrested, they were not acting like men and they ought to be ashamed of themselves for what they were doing. Stephen’s father told me, you don’t know what’s really going on.”

Stephen has yet to respond to DeAnna’s request for a restraining order. DeAnna, who appeared on season 11 of The Bachelor and then starred on season 4 of The Bachelorette, filed for divorce in January 2023.
DeAnna demanded primary custody of their kids and spousal support. Stephen asked the court to award him joint custody of the children.
The exes eventually settled the divorce in 2024. Per their agreement, the exes agreed to share joint custody of their two children. In addition, they both agreed not to drink excessively around the kids.
The deal read, “Neither party shall drink alcohol in excess of the legal limit during their custody periods, or have a child and/or children in their custody and control when being intoxicated.”
The agreement said Stephen would pay DeAnna $1,000 per month in child support and another $1,500 per month in spousal support.
