Since Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood finally called it quits with on-again, off-again boyfriend Matt Baier just a couple of months ago, fans have been anxiously awaiting her return to the dating scene. And after being spotted cozying up to a mystery man last week, everyone’s been eager to learn about Amber’s new man.

After the 27-year-old took to Instagram to share a pic of a bearded man holding a rose, fans think this is the first official pic of her new man. Though he isn’t tagged in the snap, the MTV star does follow the Instagram account that’s alleged to be his. So, here’s everything we know about Andrew Glennon.

How did Amber and Andrew meet?
According to E!, the duo met on the set of Marriage Boot Camp. Though she was on the show with Matt at the time, Andrew, who was a crew member on the show, stole her heart.
“It makes sense Amber and Andrew grew close during filming,” a source told E!. “Her relationship with Matt was in bad shape and when you’re shooting a show like this where there is a lot of heightened emotion, participants bond with the crew.”

Did Amber cheat on Matt with Andrew?
Though the two met while Amber was in a relationship, there was no cheating involved. In fact, the duo didn’t start pursuing one another romantically until filming wrapped. The source said, that “nothing happened” until the show was over. “She didn’t cheat.”

Is this just a fling?
According to E!, the pair has been inseparable since Amb caught the crew member’s eye on-set. “During filming, Andrew noticed Amber before she noticed him. He contacted her once filming ended,” the source said. “She and Matt were broken up and she invited him to come visit.” And since meeting, apparently, “he’s been with her ever since. It’s been a longer stay than either of them expected.”
What does Andrew do for a living?
A Malibu native, according to his IMDb account, Andrew has been making his way in the film industry. He finds himself in the camera department for short films and indie projects. According to the source, the 33-year-old is working “gig to gig” giving him “time off to spend in Indianapolis” with his reality star girlfriend.
