Though 90 Day Fiancé stars Larissa Dos Santos Lima and Debbie Johnson recently bonded over having kids on the spin-off show Happily Ever After, things aren’t going so well between the former in-laws IRL. Nearly two months after the Brazilian beauty’s divorce was finalized with ex Colt Johnson, the star is dealing with some tricky stuff regarding her immigration status and possible deportation. And now that Debbie has waded into the fraying, commenting on the situation on social media, Larissa is trying to put all the discussion to rest.

Over the Memorial Day weekend, Debbie shared a photo of her son, Colt, on Instagram. When fans started asking questions about his ex-wife in the comments, she didn’t hesitate to answer. In one response, she told a fan, “[Larissa] doesn’t have her Green Card, and she won’t be getting it.” In another, she addressed a question about Larissa being deported, writing, “Everything takes time. There is still a domestic violence hearing next week, and, after that, she will be deported. It just takes time.” However, she later deleted not just the comments, but the whole post. Sharing the photo again later in the day, Debbie said her account “is not a question and answer page,” but Larissa was already steamed.

“I woke up this morning to find messages sent to me and posted about my legal status in the U.S.,” Larissa responded in her own Instagram post on Sunday, May 26. “This isn’t true. Everything about my status in the U.S. is confidential and will not be disclosed by third parties on social media that [are] not involved in any immigration process with me.” She continued to explain that the “false statements” had worried her family and friends but that she “truly respects” an agreement signed by a judge that prohibits “defamation,” and so she won’t be commenting about her past.

“I have been trying to live my life and allow the courts to handle everything, as it is in their hands,” she added. “As many of you know, my court date is May 30th. It is the last and saddest chapter of my life, and I want to finish it as soon as possible to finally have peace. I will not accept defamation of any kind.”
