90 Day Fiancé star Liz Woods has been focusing on her health for several months, and the reality star’s hard work has paid off. She recently shared the meal plan she’s been following to help with her weight loss.

Liz, 32, shared a detailed list of the meal plan she followed to drop several pounds over the course of the last year. The macro-focused diet included three meals and a snack in-between, and it came with suggestions for portion sizes, examples of protein, carbs and more. While the meal plan encouraged vegetables, it advised to stick to “leafy greens” and to stay away from peas, carrots, pumpkins and vegetables with lower fiber contents.

“If You Have Trouble Eating And Feel Full, Try To Cut Out Some Of Your Carbs At Breakfast Or Lunch. Don’t Skip Your Meals Or Protein Snacks,” Liz added. “Making A Protein Shake For Breakfast Or Lunch Adding In My Berries For Carbs And Green Veggie Powder Was Considered A Whole Meal And That Helped Me Get My Intake In. For Dinner I Would Cut Out My Veggies And Sub It With Peanut Butter In My Shakes. My On The Go Meals.”

The 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? alum also pointed out that on days she would skip meals she would “gain weight back.”

“I’ve Done This 4 Week Challenge 3 Times & It Has Worked For Me. I Lost 22 Pounds In 1 Month Following This Plan. Mind You It Was Catered To Me & My Weight, But After Being At A Few Different Gyms I Ended Up Getting The Same Plan All 3 Times From Different Coaches,” Liz wrote alongside the carousel of photos shared via Instagram on Thursday, January 2. “I Followed It Religiously When I Did It. I Did 4 Circuit Training Classes A Week During The Time I Did This Program. You Can Join A Gym And Do Any Group Classes, Workout On Your Own, YouTube, Dance Videos. I Just Started The Better Me App Again. I Also Do A Min Of 5 Miles A Day Because Of Work. I’m Not A Trainer, I’m Not A Nutritionist, Im Simply Just Posting Because My DMs Are Lit On What I Did To Start Out.”

The TLC personality added that she went from 170 pounds to 125 pounds, but she dropped 17 more pounds due to health issues. On December 21, 2024, Liz revealed that she had completed several rounds of chemotherapy treatments. However, she didn’t confirm her cancer diagnosis until Monday, December 30, 2024.

“In this last week I was promoted at work, finished my last round of chemo and accomplished my first run within the last 6 months. Blessed,” Liz wrote alongside photos she shared on Instagram.

On December 30, Liz shared before and after pictures of her weight loss, and one critic said that she was “too skinny.” The mom of one then clapped back at the comment and shared a screenshot of her response to her followers.

“It’s actually perfect thank you very much,” Liz wrote in reply. “My body has been through depression, which made me gain an uncontrollable amount of weight, treated me well during my own weight loss journey and then endured 14 rounds of chemo. I pray you deal with your own body insecurities. Much love.”
