Jasmine Pineda seemingly got the open marriage she was looking for on 90 Day: The Last Resort. The former educator teased she was in a polyamorous relationship with her estranged husband, Gino Palazzolo, and her new boyfriend, Matt Branistareanu.

Only hours after confirming her pregnancy with baby No. 3, the Panama native, 38, asked fans to follow a fan page seemingly dedicated to her, Gino, 56, and Matt, “@jasmine.gino.matt,” by sharing a maternity photo via her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, February 18.

She gave no other context to the post other than adding the hashtag, “#polyamorous.”

The page was seemingly a fan page dedicated to her and Gino as it already boasted a following of over 98,000 followers and more than 560 posts. However, the latest upload, posted on Monday, February 17, introduced Matt to their large following for the first time. It’s unclear what connection Gino has to the page, as the Michigan native doesn’t follow the account.

“Welcome to the family @mattbranistareanu,” the post’s caption read, accompanied by the hashtags, “90 Day Fiance,” “The Last Resort” and “open marriage.”

Fans quickly rushed to the comment section to ask Jasmine about the relationship dynamic. “Does Gino have a hall pass too??” one user asked, to which Jasmine directly replied from her personal verified account, “It works both ways babe.”

“He’s a cutie! I’ve been in two long term relationships — one for 13 years and one for 8 years. It can be done,” another wrote under the post.

“Polyamorous Queen!” Jasmine enthusiastically replied back.

In Touch exclusively reported that the 90 Day Fiancé star was pregnant with her third child last month. At the time, sources confirmed they were “almost certain” it was Matthew’s baby and not her longtime 90 Day Fiancé love interest.

Jasmine confirmed the news a month later on Tuesday, February 18, only one day after Matt made his TLC debut on season 2 of 90 Day: The Last Resort during episode 12.

“Hi everyone, I have very special news for you!” the mom of two said joyfully to the camera as she cradled her baby bump in a strapless gown. “Let me announce to you that I am pregnant, I am so happy and excited and I cannot wait to meet my beautiful baby.”

During the episode, Jasmine confided in her costars Stacey Silva and Julia Trubkina that she was seriously contemplating opening her marriage to additional partners due to the lack of intimacy in her relationship with Gino. She admitted that she was already considering her friend Matt, who she met at the gym and had been a supportive ally to her during her struggles with Gino.

“I talked to him, and we started working out. And that’s like how we started, it’s like a genuine friendship,” she explained. “I talked to him about my situation with Gino, you know? I do respect him because any other man would have used my vulnerability, ‘Like this girl hasn’t had d–k in what, nine months.’ But he has been very respectful of that.”
