90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine Pineda is asking for prayers amid her pregnancy with her third child.

“I just want to say that I love being alive! I love my life with all the ups and downs. I’m grateful for God’s blessings. Pray for me guys,” the TLC personality, 38, wrote on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, January 28.

Jasmine’s request came hours after she shared screenshots of several supportive comments from fans on TikTok, many of which told the reality star that she needed her own 90 Day Fiancé spinoff show. Fans also expressed their love for Jasmine and told her how funny they found her.

“I have no words to express how thankful I am for all of you guys,” Jasmine wrote over one screenshot. In another post, she added, “This just made my day guys! I’ll never take for granted all your love. It means the world to me.”

Jasmine, who already shares sons Juance and JC with her ex-husband, is pregnant and expecting her third child, a source exclusively confirmed to In Touch on January 6. However, Jasmine’s current husband, Gino Palazzolo, is believed to not be the father.

“Almost certain it’s the Matt guy,” the insider shared, referring to Matthew Branistareanu, whom the former English teacher was rumored to have met at a gym in Michigan after moving to the state to live with Gino, 54.

The bombshell came after rumors circulated via social media on January 3 that Jasmine was “showing” a baby bump.

Though Jasmine has yet to directly confirm or deny her pregnancy, she seemingly reacted to the chatter about her on January 7, writing on her Instagram Stories, “I don’t know what happened last night but I’m getting so many followers today. Welcome to Jasmineland.”

Jasmine also appeared to poke fun at the paternity rumors in a video of herself holding a stuffed alligator wrapped in a swaddle. “Guys, I have a very special announcement for you all, I’ve been keeping it a secret but I’m gonna let it out. Look at what I got in this,” she said before adding her baseball cap to the “baby’s” head.

“My little baby. Oh my goodness and now it looks just like the daddy,” Jasmine continued, seemingly referencing Gino’s hat-wearing habit. “So bye guys, honestly I have to breastfeed the baby.”

In another slide, Jasmine asked fans if she should “take Ginogator to the Maury show to confirm who is the father.”

Fans of Jasmine and Gino are currently seeing them work through intimacy issues on 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2. The pair arrived at the couples’ therapy retreat after not having sex or sleeping in the same bed for at least eight months. Jasmine proposed the idea of an open marriage to her husband during a therapy session, but he wasn’t a fan of the idea, as seen in the December 23, 2024, episode.

“Since our main issue is sex and we’ve been going around for nine months, I have started thinking about having a person that will satisfy that need for me, but it’s not like a threesome,” Jasmine said.

Gino feared that Jasmine’s suggestion meant their marriage was “in trouble.”

“You’re talking about an open marriage with somebody else? What the f–k is up with that?” he said in a confessional. “Maybe we’re in a lot more trouble than I thought we were.”
