90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine Pineda is speaking out against the “hateful messages” she’s received since giving birth to her daughter, Matilda, outside of her marriage with estranged husband Gino Palazzolo.

“As I go through postpartum (a very sensitive stage in women’s life) The amount of hate I get every day and yet [I] get accused of being a horrible person … Are they any better?” Jasmine, 38, asked her followers via her Instagram Stories on Sunday, April 13.

“I could never text those kind of hateful messages to a stranger (who has just given birth),” she continued. “What kind of people do that?”

The 90 Day Fiancé alum said that the “hate” was one of the reasons she “turned off” her message requests on social media, telling her followers, “As I breastfeed my baby, I want to keep myself in a very positive mood.”

In an additional slide, Jasmine slammed the negativity amid her postpartum journey, writing, “Nothing seems to hurt more a racist person than an immigrant having an American child.”

Jasmine announced she gave birth to baby No. 3 on April 10, her first child with boyfriend Matthew Branistareanu. The Panama native is also a mother of two sons, Juance and JC, from a previous relationship.

“Introducing Matty, our sweet baby girl! She’s already filling our hearts with so much love and joy,” the couple revealed in a statement to People.

The 90 Day Fiancé alum seemingly confirmed her daughter arrived three weeks earlier, after the photographer who captured the new family of three hinted that Matty was born well before Jasmine and Matt, 37, publicly shared the news.

Jasmine revealed the news of her pregnancy in February, just weeks after In Touch exclusively learned that she was expecting baby No. 3, as fans were watching her and Gino, 56, work out their marriage issues during season 2 of 90 Day: The Last Resort.

The show, which began airing in December 2024, saw the former educator ask Gino for an open relationship after being unsatisfied with their sex life. During the season finale, Gino hesitantly agreed to allow Matt into their relationship as he felt it was the only way to save his marriage with Jasmine.

“Because otherwise, Jasmine, you know, could leave me and cheat on me with someone else,” he explained during 90 Day: The Last Resort episode 16, which aired March 17. “As terrible as an open marriage sounds, this might be the only way to keep Jasmine in my life.”

Although Gino and Jasmine were still together when 90 Day: The Last Resort wrapped filming in April 2024, Gino confirmed that he and Jasmine had called it quits during part 1 of the show’s tell-all on March 31.

“Normally I come in here and I have good news for you, but today I don’t. Because Jasmine and I, we separated,” the Michigan native told host Shaun Robinson about their relationship status.

Before going public with Matt, Jasmine made her TLC debut alongside Gino, beginning with season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in 2021 and continuing through their latest appearance on 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2.
