90 Day Fiance’s Azan Tefou Returns to Instagram With Shirtless Selfie After Nicole Reunites With Daughter

He‘s back! 90 Day Fiancé alum Azan Tefou (real name: Hassan M’Raouni) returned to Instagram on Tuesday, September 8, with a shirtless selfie showing off the results of his consistency in the gym. 

“#healthylifestyle,” the season 4 star captioned the snap as he posed in the mirror with his abs on display. Azan previously shared some words of encouragement with fans after getting in some weight-training a few weeks ago, writing, “Do your best today.”  

The Morocco native had taken a social media hiatus from September 2019 all the way until August 29 of this year. Prior to his recent postings, Azan enjoyed the company of his long-distance love, Nicole Nafziger, who visited him in North Africa for an extended five-month trip. She had to stay longer than anticipated due to travel bans amid the coronavirus pandemic, but returned home to America on August 10.

Nicole, 26, recently clapped back at claims she abandoned her daughter, May, when she went to visit her fiancé in March. In response to the speculation, she wrote, “I never left her.”

When the social media user continued to push the subject, the TLC alum explained the circumstances were out of her control. “She was in the care of my mom. Y’all act like I left her intentionally for that long,” Nicole wrote. “If I’d known I [would get] stuck there, I would have taken her with me. That would have been the best.”

“I love my daughter,” the season 5 star added. “There’s no doubt in that. But I shouldn’t be judged because I want to marry a person and have them as my spouse. He, too, would become my family. Single parents aren’t always single forever. I live for my family. Y’all say this isn’t the first time I left her, but, again, the first time I went, it was vacation.” 

Nicole and Azan have been going strong for years now. They first met on a dating app and are still engaged after postponing their nuptials twice. So, are wedding bells ringing in the future? “Her family isn’t aware of there being any kind of planning at the moment,” a source exclusively told In Touch in April. “Nicole would want her close family there and May.”
