90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star Adnan Abdelfattah is planning to transform himself.

The TLC personality, 23, revealed his plastic surgery plans in a Q&A on his Instagram Stories on Wednesday, January 15. A fan asked, “When are you getting a hair transplant?”

“When I found [sic] good places,” Adnan responded.

Adnan’s plastic surgery confession comes after the Jordan native sparked rumors that he is living in the United States with wife Tigerlily Taylor Abdelfattah and their son, Zeyn Eleven, whom the couple welcomed in August 2024. Though neither Adnan nor Tigerlily, 41, have confirmed that he permanently relocated to the U.S., fans speculated that he was in the States in June 2024. The entrepreneur also flew to New York City to film the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 tell-all in October 2024.

90 Day Fiancé blogger Shabooty also shared screenshots from one of Adnan’s November 2024 Instagram videos that seemingly proved he was in Texas, where Tigerlily lives.

“I found it — the smoking gun that proves that Adnan is in Texas right now! One of his Instagram videos where he’s at a gun range, you can clearly see the decorations on the wall — one of which is a famous ‘Texas Star’ plaque (it’s undeniable and it proves he’s currently in Texas),” Shabooty’s post read. “Also, from his Lambo car keys shown in the same video, he’s busy driving around Tigerlily’s Texas-plated car. It couldn’t be any more obvious. Case closed.”

In his Q&A, Adnan also hinted at how he’s spending his time in the U.S.

“What job are you doing in USA?” one fan asked. Adnan responded by tagging the page for his construction company, 11A Agency, which he launched on Instagram in September 2024.

“Looking for more,” he wrote, hinting that he was planning to expand his business with more clients.

In its first Instagram post, 11A Agency described itself as “a renovation company serving the Dallas area. Our company also offers remodeling, repairs, construction, and more. If you need any residential or commercial work, please contact us.”

Adnan also said he wished to visit more of the U.S. in the future.

“Is there anywhere in the U.S. that you really want to visit?” a fan asked, to which he responded, “Yes, I want to visit more than one state.”

Adnan and Tigerlily made their reality TV debut on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7. They met on social media and connected, despite their 19-year age gap. The couple later came face-to-face for the first time after four months when Tigerlily visited Adnan in Jordan, and they got married that same day to honor his Muslim beliefs.

However, Tigerlily appears to still be technically married to second husband Darren Mark Taylor after their divorce filings ended in nonsuits, according to court documents obtained by In Touch. The cases were closed and are no longer active.

Tigerlily addressed the divorce in a Q&A in December 2024 when a fan asked if she was “really divorced.”

“I am really divorced from him and I am really married now,” she replied. “Anyone can file a court document saying anything they want. It has to be proven in court. After all my experiences in court cases, it really is just a show. There is no such thing as justice, unfortunately. And if something ‘disappears,’ that just goes to show you that people, even judges, can be bought and it shows you how corrupt the court system really is.”
