Jasmine Pineda’s boyfriend, Matthew Branistareanu, is defending his lady after she faced harsh criticism during the 90 Day: The Last Resort tell-all for expecting a baby outside of her marriage to Gino Palazzolo.

The Panama native, 38, video-called Matt, 37, during a break in filming during part 2 of the 90 Day: The Last Resort tell-all, which aired on Monday, April 7. She told him how the men on the cast were attacking her, mentioning how Rob Warne called her a “whore.”

Matt stood firm for the Panama native and reminded her that “Gino agreed to the open marriage,” and he was attempting to get their 90 Day: The Last Resort costars on his side.

Jasmine made waves when she arrived at the tell-all stage with a growing baby bump during part 1 of the 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 tell-all, which aired on March 31. At the time, she confirmed that the child’s father wasn’t her husband, 56, but Matt — a man she introduced to viewers during the spinoff as someone she hoped would join her and Gino in their open marriage.

Although Jasmine and Gino were at a “good place” when filming for 90 Day: The Last Resort season 2 wrapped in April 2024, Gino confirmed their split during the special and said things “started changing really quick” once they returned home from the resort.

In Touch exclusively revealed Jasmine was pregnant with baby No. 3 in January, with sources exclusively telling In Touch they were “almost certain” the baby was Matt’s child. The 90 Day: The Last Resort star confirmed the news of her pregnancy more than a month later, one day after Matt made his reality TV debut on episode 12 of season 2.

During season 2, fans watched as Jasmine asked Gino for an open marriage due to the lack of intimacy in their relationship, revealing it had been nine months since the pair had last been intimate. Jasmine slammed Gino for being selfish and accused him of instead “satisfying himself” every day with his “pornography addiction” — which he denied.

Jasmine believed the solution to their intimacy issues was Matt, a man she met at a local Michigan gym. Although Gino was initially hesitant about her open relationship request, he ultimately agreed, believing it was the only way to save his marriage.

“Because otherwise Jasmine, you know, could leave me and cheat on me with someone else,” he explained during episode 16, which aired March 17. “As terrible as an open marriage sounds, this might be the only way to keep Jasmine in my life.”

Jasmine has responded to the backlash surrounding her pregnancy, laying out a complete timeline as fans accused her of being pregnant while filming 90 Day: The Last Resort.

“We started filming Last Resort March [2024] last year and last day of filming was April 5th, 2024,” Jasmine wrote via her Instagram Stories on March 27. “I literally had my period that day. I was taking pain medication cause I broke my toe at the resort and I was bloated.”
