’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Darcey’s Sister Stacey Shades Her Ex Jesse Amid Their Nasty Split

Sister knows best! Fans just got to witness 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days stars Darcey Silva and Jesse Meester’s nasty split on last night’s episode, after Jesse flew from Amsterdam to NYC in order to end his relationship with Darcey in person and things escalated pretty quickly. Shortly after the episode aired, Darcey’s twin sister Stacey made an appearance on the 90 Day Fiancé Live aftershow where she opened up about what it was like to see her sister go through such a public breakup —and she let fans know how she really feels about Jesse.

“It was very emotional for me to watch that scene. I feel like she got her heart broken on national TV. She truly loved him and she gave her all, she wears her heart on her sleeve and I don’t feel like it was right what he did,” Stacey, 44, told show host Michelle Collins.  

And when asked if she thinks their split is for good this time, Stacey did not hold back. “I hope so. I just feel like they should both just move on. It’s just too draining,” Stacey said.

Stacey went on to explain that her sister really did love Jesse and she kept giving their relationship so many chances because she really did want to make things work between them. “She’s got a lot of love to give — and I’m not saying that he doesn’t love her, I’m sure there is love there. I just feel like they’re at different stages in life and they just don’t know how to progress in a positive way.”

But even though Stacey threw a little shade at her sister’s ex, she also said that her sister is partly to blame for the demise of her relationship.

“Of course, I mean, it goes 50/50. She played her part in it too, she’s not perfect and she admits to that,” Stacey said. “There’s things about him that you guys probably don’t know either that I know that my sister tells me and it’s very upsetting. But I’m not going to go into all that detail.”
