What Is ‘90 Day Diaries’?

Different from other 90 Day Fiancé spinoffs, 90 Day Diaries is a series shot entirely by cast members on their own without a crew.

“Take an intimate look into the lives of 90 Day couples, told from their perspective,” the synopsis for the show reads. “The cast members film themselves in their day-to-day lives, as they navigate new challenges in their relationships and hit major life milestones.”

When Did ‘90 Day Diaries’ Season 6 Premiere?

90 Day Diaries season 6’s premiere episode, “Dear Diary, Today Was Hard,” aired on April 7, 2025.

The show takes over the 90 Day: The Last Resort time slot on Monday nights at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.

‘90 Day Diaries’ Trailers and Sneak Peeks

The trailer for season 6 of 90 Day Diaries teases the eventual return of the love-to-hate mother/son duo Colt and Debbie, shares a glimpse into the lives of Robert and a very pregnant Anny and drops the bombshell that Sumit lost his job in India, potentially putting him and his wife, Jenny, in financial crisis shortly after moving into a new home.

Later in the trailer, Chantel laments over the pressures to “be perfect and look perfect” and opens up on her struggles with confidence as she gets back into the dating game following her tumultuous divorce from ex-husband Pedro Jimeno.

It also shows snippets of Veronica having some fun in the sun with her daughter, Chloe Isabella Sanchez, and Loren sobbing happy tears over her and husband Alexei’s sons’ very first haircuts.

An additional sneak peek for this season brought the drama as David discusses his and his wife Annie’s long IVF journey and receives mixed reactions from his family. Elsewhere in the clip, Emily and Kobe introduce their newest son, Atem, as they prepare for a big family gathering, and Kara gets into a heated argument with husband Guillermo after he admits to quitting his job so he can go back to school and pursue a new career path.
