They grow up so fast! Joy-Anna Duggar took to Instagram on Tuesday, Sept. 18 to share several sweet pics of her smiling baby boy — and you can’t not smile back! The Counting On star gave birth to her little one — whom she shares with her husband, Austin Forsyth — back in February, and they’ve only posted a handful of photos since then.

Prior to these cute pics, we hadn’t seen Gideon since last month. On Monday, Aug. 27 the proud parents to Insta to share a series of photos — including one of her baby boy!

“It’s Monday!!!…☺️???#cleaningday #GideonMartynForsyth,” the new mama captioned the album. Scroll to the fifth pic to see his sweet face!

Prior to that, fans caught a glimpse of the seven-month-old on Aug. 14. “My happy baby!” Joy and Austin wrote on their joint Instagram account alongside heart-eyes emoji. “Helping mama with the laundry!” they captioned another. Watch the video above to see those photos!

Late last month, the 20-year-old mom revealed she was proudly helping her man “spread gravel” and shared a pic of her son who stuck around for moral support. “Love when I get to work with my man!!” she wrote. “(I came to bring him lunch, then decided to stay and help him spread the gravel).” Go, girl! Fans immediately began commenting on the series of snaps, and many agreed that Gideon looks just like his daddy. “Sweet baby is Austin’s mini-me! Too cute!” one person wrote. “And the baby looks EXACTLY like Austin,” while a third chimed in, “Mini Austin!”

Welcoming their son into the world was no easy feat, though. Joy had to be rushed to the hospital after a failed home birth. “I decided to have a home birth, just because I know that it’s more comfortable being at home,” she explained to TLC cameras during a special that aired in March. “I really wanted to at least try it, and we’re only about 30 minutes from the hospital, so it’s not too bad in case of an emergency or a change of plans.” She added at the time that she was “somewhat nervous, trying not to be scared, but just prepared. I know that it’s going to painful, there’s going to be a lot of emotions, but I know Austin is going to be there to support me.”

Luckily, it seems like the little family of three is now happy and healthy!
