Nothing makes us more thrilled than seeing a teen mom with a rough life turn it all around to have her happily ever after. That’s exactly what happened to 16 and Pregnant star Allie Mendoza, who we met on the third season of the show in 2010. At the time, she had one of the roughest stories, and now she has one of the happiest!

While on 16 and Pregnant, Allie and her boyfriend Joey found out they were expecting her first son Aydenn. Since Allie’s dad kicked her out after making her move to TX from NJ, they were living with Joey’s mom, who was an addict with anger problems. Allie was forced to leave after a horrible fight with Joey’s mother, and eventually ended up living with a friend after splitting from Joey. Luckily, she was determined to do the best she could for her son, and she revealed on the after show that she finished high school with straight-As!

Here we are in 2018, and Allie has two sons: eight-year-old Aydenn and two-year-old Christopher. She’s obsessed with her kids, and so is her loving husband Chris Gerena. Chris gladly stepped in as Aydenn’s father after they tied the knot in 2015, and the trio even celebrated Father’s Day together. He seems equally in love with his own son, and the three of them have been living a quiet life out of the spotlight. As a matter of fact, neither Chris nor Allie can be found on social media, though many fans sites have kept up with their happy life. Congratulations Allie, we’re so glad you’re doing well!
